I hit a major wall, and slept most of the day/night. Perhaps fighting off a cold, or perhaps finally catching up on missed zzzz's from the craziness of last month. Either way it was a luxuriously lazy day.
A night of sleep is as much preparation for the subsequent day's activity as it is recovery from that of the previous day.
